Freedom from Within

Paula Bowen-Scott

The Course Outline

Have you ever wondered why you keep falling into the same hole? Why disappointment and a belief that you will fail, are your default mode?

Are you searching for more meaning in your life and some tools to nurture who you really want to be?

In this workshop you will learn how to –

  • Solve distress and disharmony
  • Remove obstacles to happiness
  • Challenge automatic negative thoughts
  • Trust your inner wisdom
  • Find your own inner strength and personal power to allow you to live your life to it’s greatest potential
  • Improve self esteem and self worth.

By using imagery, mindfulness and fairytales we will find insight and understanding about ourselves, thus enabling the transformation of painful psychological wounding and inner turmoil into creative healing and action, leading to a more meaningful way of being.

Sometimes it can be difficult to speak directly about our issues. By exploring ourselves in this way, we can reach a deeper, gentle acceptance of our individuality and develop/discover the possibility that we can change, and find freedom from within!

Course Summary
A relaxed, experiential personal development workshop for mind, body and soul.
Through using mindfulness, imagery and fairytales, we will explore what keeps us stuck, old beliefs and repeated patterns of behaviour that impede our pathways to natural personal growth & development.
