Shirley Valentine Week (Tom Conti not included.....)

The time of your life? Making the most of the middle years

Marianne Williamson calls it ‘the age of miracles’; Wayne Dyer talks of ‘ the afternoon of life’ which can’t be lived according to the rules of the morning; ...and Hollywood, with its usual lack of subtlety, captured it in the shape of Shirley Valentine – a woman who learns to see herself and her life in a new light on a holiday to Greece.

The middle years, middle age, whatever you choose to call a period that can stretch from the 30s through to the 70s, midlife is very definitely not a crisis or the start of shutting down but an opportunity to get started.

So here’s our new workshop to help you do a Shirley Valentine and see the coming years as an exciting new chapter in which you finally get it. And know how to use it to have the time of your life!

  •  Recognise the things that have shaped you, what you have learned and achieved and build on them to create a life that fits you better
  •  Recognise who you are, who you aren’t and who you’re capable of becoming
  •  Learn how to let go: Identify and clear out the old – beliefs, habits, and the other things that no longer serve you – to make room for the new
  •  Move beyond the losses and pain that we all encounter along the way - to create your own vision of a limitless and truly authentic future.

Work, family, relationships, love, health together with priorities, hopes, dreams and purpose will all feature in a workshop designed to help you get the most from the adventure.
